BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London W1

The ICT Investment Forum will enable technology entrepreneurs and leadership teams to create a strategy, and partner with the organisations who can help them identify and maximise their growth potential.

Digital transformation is impacting all areas of the ICT & comms sectors, disrupting traditional business models and prompting a wave of M&A deals and investment in high growth technology businesses. Against this backdrop, it is essential that technology entrepreneurs and business leaders understand their options and how to advance through the process.

Leading acquirers, M&A professionals, investors and advisors will share their insights on the key growth and investment issues with ambitious entrepreneurs wanting to take their growth strategy to the next level or prepare for a transaction.

The Forum aims to facilitate financings and deal making and provide a further stimulus to growth in the ICT & comms sectors to help attendees maximise their organisations growth potential.

The agenda will include an overview of M&A and investment environment, how financing is evolving, and through thought leadership sessions and practical examples will enable our attendees to make critical evaluations of their own business and think more strategically about their future business planning.
